This doesnt need a name!

Usually when I mention tuna to people, they don't even want to hear what I am about to say next. This recipe is simple and delicious, and well, doesn't have a name. I just call it "Tuna with potatoes and such", It's very simple to make, and you can alter it to your preference.
Coming from a portuguese beackround, on grew up on protien, so of course this will be high on protien and not much else. This is one of my favorite things to make when there was nothing else, and when you're in a hurry.
ENJOY!

Things you'll need: (2-3 servings)

1 can of flaked tuna (in oil or in water)
4 small potatoes
1 can of chick peas (optional)
3 eggs
Salt & Pepper (to your liking)
Parsley (to your liking)

You can either use Mayo to top it off
**OR
The more traditional way Olive oil & vinigar
Those are both dressings for the recipe, and you can put as much as you want, depending on how you like it.

The way to do it:
First off, you should start by peeling the potatoes and boiling them in a pot.
Along with the potatoes, put in the eggs. **WAIT FOR THE WATER TO BOIL BEFORE YOU PUT IN THE EGGS.
As the potatoes and the eggs are cooking and hard boiling
you simply must get out a bowl...
take out the can of tuna drain the liquid and put it into the bowl
Also you may put in the chick peas, along with any other ingerdiants you decided you wanted.
**wait for the potatoes and eggs for the dressing!
Once the potatoes and eggs are ready....
slice up the potatoes in whatever shapes you would like, and put them in the bowl
than take the shell off of the eggs and cut those up and put them in the bowl...
Now all you have to do is stir, and put the dressing in as desired.

To Sum up this recipe and give it some backround...
It is obviously a very easy plate to make, that you can share with a few friends, you can make as much as you want, and it doesnt cost very much. All the ingrediants you can find at any local grocery store and are very broadly distributed.
I love preparing this dish for people and for my own personal enjoyment, i hope you do too!
