Broccoli & Tortellini Light Alfredo

Ingredients:
1 pkg (300 g) tortellini (any flavour)
1 pkg (500 g) Green Giant* VALLEY SELECTIONS* Frozen Cut Broccoli
1 tsp (5 mL) canola oil
1 tbsp (15 mL) finely chopped onion
1 clove garlic, minced
1 cup (250 mL) skim milk
4 tsp (20 mL) flour
1/4 cup (50 mL) no-fat sour cream or yogurt
1/4 cup (50 mL) grated parmesan cheese
1/8 tsp (0.5 mL) nutmeg
white pepper and hot pepper sauce to taste
Method:
Bring a large pot of water to boil and cook pasta according to package directions. During the last 3 minutes of cooking, add broccoli; drain well.
Meanwhile, heat oil in a small saucepan over medium high heat and cook onion and garlic until translucent.
Whisk in milk, flour and bring to boil.
Reduce heat, stir in sour cream, cheese and seasonings.
Serve over pasta broccoli mixture.
